Es muy importante saber dónde estas, la REALIDAD de la que partes. Cuál es, cómo has llegado hasta ella, qué es lo que has aprendido, cómo lo has hecho, quién eres y quién no, qué te mueve, cuáles son tus valores.
Es clave saber todo esto antes de emprender el camino hacia tu objetivo. Si no lo haces puede que te ocurra como a la cocinera que quiso hacer una tarta de manzanas sin preocuparse primero en ver qué ingredientes tenía en la despensa. ¿Tenía manzanas, harina, levadura…? Si no tiene alguno, el objetivo -la tarta de manzanas- puede que no se consiga.
Por eso, si quieres dirigirte con seguridad hacia tu objetivo tendrás que conocer primero la realidad de la que partes.

La Rueda de la vida
Define tu nivel de satisfacción con tu realidad. ¡Empieza ya!
Para adentrarte en tu realidad en ese momento, te propongo usar la herramienta de la rueda de la vida. Siendo consciente de lo que eres podrás llegar a alcanzar los objetivos y transcender los límites con más facilidad. Y esto porque sabrás los recursos con los que cuentas y las habilidades que tienes, lo que realmente te está impidiendo el avance y lo que te impulsa.
1 Dibuja un círculo, y como si de porciones de tarta se trataran piensa en áreas importante en tu vida dividiendo el circulo.
2 Una vez establecidas las áreas medirás del 1 al 10 tu grado de satisfacción actual. Y esto por cada área a día de hoy. Donde el 1 es poco satisfecho y el 10 muy satisfecho.
3 De esta manera tan visual verás qué áreas son las importantes en tu vida y la satisfación actual en cada una de ellas.
4 Si ahora te planteas un objetivo en cada una de estas áreas y lo valoras de 1 a 10, verás una diferencia mayor o menor o podrá ser igual al nivel de satisfacción que definiste en el punto 2.
5 De una manera muy visual verás el camino a recorrer o la distancia que te separa entre tu realidad y lo que deseas.
Una vez que sabes de qué realidad partes ES MAS FACIL plantearte un objetivo porque sabrás con los recursos que cuentas para conseguirlos.
